WEB STORE ADMINISTRATIVE & CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER:

Well-known, small company seeks capable, organized E-Commerce Administrator
to oversee and facilitate all daily web sales, web marketing and customer
service. Must have basic e-commerce knowledge, excellent customer service
and computer skills, and be capable of delegating to a small team while
handling numerous diverse tasks at one time.

Duties include:

--Manage E-Commerce Site of a small business

--Analyze financial reports to make decisions on direction of the company

--E-Commerce Experience is a MUST

--Customer service skills

--Able to delegate and control daily operations

--Creative business strategies for promotions and expansion of the department

--Maintain website daily operations and back of web troubleshooting
--Manage customer correspondence
--Manage returns/chargebacks/credit card fraud
--Answer phones and voicemail
--Fulfill orders/delegate order fulfillment
--Handle and diffuse customer complaints
--Run analytical reports
--Run market campaigns/sales/e-blasts
--Maintain and update mailing lists
--Confirm E-commerce orders at end of day
