RETURN POLICY: Patricia Field Online accepts returns
for unwashed, and unworn merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Please indicate if you would
like a refund, store credit or an exchange. Once we receive your package, we
will promptly exchange or credit as you instruct within 3 business days. Damaged, or incorrect
items are the only returns that qualify for full refunds.
*Refunds
for items returned within the 10 days of receipt will be credited in the
same form as the original payment type: Credit card or PayPal.
*Returned items that are beyond 10 days but within 30 days of the receipt/delivery date, can be redeemed for a store credit to be used only in the online store.Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items returned after 30 days of your receiving them are not eligible for refund or store credit.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: Custom Wigs, Wigs, Hair accessories, Customized items (such as Nameplate Necklaces, Nameplate Earrings, or
Belt Buckles,special order items, sale, final sale items,accessories,lingerie, panties and swimwear are not
returnable/exchangeable.
DAMAGED GOODS RETURN: If there was an error with your order, or you received defective merchandise, call us as soon as possible to report this to us, so we may supply you with a prepaid shipping

EXCHANGE POLICY: If you need to exchange for a different size, we will charge the credit card on-file to ship your exchange item back to you. If you paid with PayPal be prepared for us to contact you for a credit card to cover the shipping costs. Shipping the item you want an exchange for, back to us is your responsibility. We are not responsible for return packages that you do not have tracking information attached to. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured package with tracking info to the address below:

*Please remember to include the order number with your return. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
We also ask that if you are in the NYC area and wish to return your items in store- please call and arrange drop-off. The boutique staff cannot issue refunds for online purchases without prior authorization and special arrangements.
