RETURN POLICY

Patricia Field Online accepts returns for unwashed and unworn merchandise within 21 days of delivery with the exceptions of the following which are FINAL SALE:

Wigs

Hair Accessories

Jewelry

Custom Name Jewelry

Swimwear

Accessories

Socks

Stockings

Sale Items

Shoes can be returned for store credit or exchange only. After 21 days, unworn and unwashed merchandise will not be eligible for refund but will be eligible for store credit. Late Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Please include your name, order number, and reason with your return. For exchanges, please include what size and/or color. Exchanges are only accepted for a different size or color. Please allow one week for credits, refunds, and exchanges to be processed. Eligible returns can be sent back to:

Return labels are only issued for orders being returned for store credit or exchange within 21 days. Please email customerservice@patriciafield.com to request a return label.

We do not issue return labels for orders sent back for refunds. All refunds are credited back to form of payment. We do not refund initial shipping fees.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If there was an error with your order, or you received defective merchandise, please inform us as soon as possible.  Damaged or incorrect items are qualify for a return label.
