SHIPPING POLICY
Orders take up to 48 hours to process and ship. During the week, orders are processed and shipped each morning at 11am. Please note, orders placed after 11am on Fridays will be processed and shipped on Monday morning.
Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A. Yes, we ship everywhere including the United States and
territories, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Europe, Japan, and South America.
Q. HOW CAN I TRACK THE
STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A. As soon as your
order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to the address you provided with
the FedEx tracking number for your package.
Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY
ORDER?
A. Orders are shipped
from our store Monday – Friday.
Standard Shipping
Northeast approx. 1-2
business days
Southeast and Midwest approx. 2-3 business days
North and Southwest approx. business 4-5 days
Q. WHAT IS THE COST OF
SHIPPING TO MY STATE/COUNTRY?
A. Shipping rates are
determined by how much you order and where your package is being sent. You will
be able to see your exact shipping cost upon checkout.
Q. I NEED TO HAVE MY ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE/CAN YOU GUARANTEE DELIVERY?
A. If
your order must be received by a certain date, please include this
information, along with the best method of contact in the special
instructions box at checkout. You may also call the online orders department 212-966-4066, between Monday
- Friday, 11am - 6pm EST.
Q. CAN YOU EXPRESS SHIP/ WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
A. We
offer Over Night and 2nd Day Shipping. You are responsible for the
costs of express shipments, and they will be added to your order total
after telephone confirmation. Overnight deliveries shipped on Fridays and delivered on Saturdays are an additional $25.
Q. WHAT DOES BACK ORDERED MEAN?
A. We
sometimes have merchandise that has sold out and is being restocked.
You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size,
and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished.
If
your order contains a mix of in-stock items and back ordered items and
you may have the option to receive a partial shipment of the order, so
you don't have to keep waiting. Custom made, or special order items all
require a minimum of three weeks to deliver.
